Melonie Lance is a ThinkShops Training Specialist with Clemson University’s Youth Learning Institute. Her career began in the South Carolina classroom which led to working with adults across a variety of state agencies. From working with educators and students in under-resourced schools to developing and delivering training for High-Performance Learning Environments, Melanie has over 20 years of experience providing engaging professional development. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Education degree.
