To accomplish goals an organization must have a road map that identifies the most effective course and also motivates all members of the team to be accountable to one another. This begins with shared values that align with the organization’s mission, vision, values, and goals. In this two-day workshop, participants will first identify key priorities and measurable goals to create action steps that include evaluation, communication, and implementation. A key part of this training is distributed leadership, which builds the capacity for change and improvement.
