Established in 2015, the Office of Research and Organizational Development (OROD) is committed to helping organizations improve performance and close the gap between research and practice. ThinkShops™ is one of the many ways OROD fulfills this mission. ThinkShops™ designs and facilitates customized, evidence-based training experiences that empower individuals, elevate teams, and strengthen communities. In addition to interactive workshops and leadership development, ThinkShops™ also has the capacity to create technical training for organizations and develop tailored onboarding and professional learning curricula.
